The Irish police force recently released details of how it tracked down one of the worst drivers on the country's roads.
His name was Prawo Jazdy, and he had racked up more than 50 tickets for speeding and parking violations. Each time he was caught, he would give a different address.
The Irish Times reports that in the end, all the police needed was a Polish-English dictionary: Prawo Jazdy means driver's license in Polish.
