• What is the source language and what is the target language (e. g. English to German)?
• What exactly do you need translated (e. g. website, contract, technical manual, etc.)?
• What is your internal deadline for the translation?

Please send us the file(s) to be translated by email. Large files can be sent either via Skype or via a free online service, such as https://www.transferbigfiles.com/ or https://www.hightail.com/). If you would like to upload the files to our ftp server, please let us know so that we can provide you with the appropriate ftp credentials.

Instructions for sending a file by Skype:

Click on the Skype icon on the right. In Skype, click on the plus (+) icon, then select Send File... from the drop-down menu, and attach your file(s).

We will then provide you with a free, non-binding estimate and the estimated turnaround time. We guarantee confidentiality of your documents. We will sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement at your request.
